Returns Policy

STANDARD RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to us, within 30 days of delivery date, and we will either replace it, or credit your account, or refund you, subject to the below terms.

CHANGED YOUR MIND, WHAT TO EXCHANGE?

Where you have changed your mind or wish to exchange your product, you are welcome to return it to us, provided that:

  • It is undamaged and unused, and still in it’s original packaging
  • You email us to log a return within 30 days of delivery to you of the unwanted product. (After 30 days, a 10% handling fee will be charged)

Should you wish for us to arrange a collection on your behalf, you will be liable for the courier cost. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference)

NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED?

Should we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, please notify us and we will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).

DAMAGED RETURNS

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality, and in good condition and without defects.

However, should a product be damaged at the time of delivery, please notify us within 7 days of such delivery by emailing info@izi.co.za. We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice, replace the product as soon as possible OR credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference).

PLEASE NOTE: We do not guarantee, nor take any responsibility for bonding as it is done by a third party. You will have to contact the bonding centre directly. Our warranty is strictly on our products only.

Although we do not guarantee the bonding process, should your item become dislodged, you are welcome to return the used item to us, at your own cost, and we will gladly replace the item (subject to 10% handling fee)

CHARGES AND RETURNS

  • Items that are returned more than 30 days after date of delivery, will be subject to 10% handling fee.
  • The customer will be liable for courier cost should they decide to return any unwanted, exchanged or dislodged items.
